Carby Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Carby, an iOS vehicle tracker by Usama Naufer. By downloading, accessing, or using Carby, you agree to these terms.
Use of Carby
Carby helps you record and review vehicle-related information, including fuel logs, expenses, maintenance, reminders, trips, documents, reports, and ownership insights. You are responsible for the information you enter and for deciding how to use Carby's outputs.
No Professional Advice
Carby provides tracking, reminders, calculations, and reports for convenience. It does not provide mechanical, legal, tax, insurance, financial, or safety advice. Always verify important information and consult a qualified professional before making decisions about vehicle maintenance, repairs, reimbursements, taxes, insurance, compliance, or safety.
Your Data and Backups
You are responsible for keeping your vehicle records accurate and maintaining appropriate backups. Carby may offer exports, JSON backups, PDF reports, and iCloud-related features, but no backup or sync system can be guaranteed to be error-free or available at all times.
Purchases and Subscriptions
If Carby offers paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or lifetime access, purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment, renewal, refund, and cancellation rules. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings. Carby may use purchase and entitlement services to verify access to paid features.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Carby, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected parts of the app except where permitted by law, use Carby to store unlawful content, or use Carby in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Carby may rely on Apple services, iCloud, App Store purchases, analytics, crash reporting, entitlement providers, maps, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Carby is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.
App Changes and Availability
Carby may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Features may vary by device, iOS version, region, purchase status, or availability of third-party services.
Intellectual Property
Carby, including its design, branding, text, graphics, app interface, and software, is owned by Usama Naufer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use Carby only as allowed by these terms and the Apple App Store rules.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Carby is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carby is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Usama Naufer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, vehicle records, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use Carby.
Termination
You may stop using Carby at any time. These terms may be terminated or access to features may be limited if you misuse Carby, violate these terms, or use the app in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
